These are two fledgling Red-tailed Hawks at my workplace. The one fledgling was trying to balance itself as it was changing positions and there was a strong wind that evening.
Each year the same pair of hawks raise their family in the large pine trees at the entrance to my workplace. This year there are three youngsters! This image was shot as the sun was setting, through a glass window, in an office located on the fifth floor across the street from the nest. I was so excited to see the babies coming out of the nest I had to try to get pictures!
