PART 1: READING FOR APRIL 23, 2020

Today's reading is going to be a little different. It comes as a result of a photograph I saw, taken by Gerry Underwood of Stretham, Cambridgeshire, which is about 74 miles from London.

On the night of April 15, 2020, Gerry saw a red, cloud-like object descending in the sky, very slowly and spiraling. As he watched the cloud, for approximately twenty minutes, he took pictures. In an interview, Gerry said, “The sheer size of it is what got me. When you look at the pictures, they show the trees in the foreground and it is way beyond that, it was very big. There were flames coming out of the back of it as well. It was really unusual."

Now, many star gazers speculated on what the cloud could be, but Dr. Robert Massey, deputy executive director of the Royal Astronomical Society, said: "While it is impossible to say exactly what the object is without further evidence, it looks like an aircraft contrail that is laminated by the setting Sun." In other words, being illuminated by the setting sun would give it the dramatic, burning, red appearance.

A Contrail (short for "condensation trails") or vapor trails are line-shaped clouds produced by aircraft engine exhaust or changes in air pressure, typically at aircraft cruising altitudes several miles above the Earth's surface. Contrails are composed primarily of water, in the form of ice crystals.

When I first looked at the red cloud, which is the first photograph featured here, I had this intuition that there was more to the story. As the Archangels said to us for our March 25th reading, "things are not always as they appear."

I am not saying it is not a contrail. However, I am saying that there can be more than one explanation. Most people have a tendency to accept information or explanations that are easy to process and do not dig deeper. They too easily accept what someone else is telling them.

So, I ask you, what does your intuition tell about this photograph? Have you ever seen an airplane contrail descend in the sky in a spiral formation and appear to be burning? Have you seen a contrail this size and in this color? And, have you ever seen a contrail remain visible for up to 20 minutes?

My intuition told me that the “contrail” was used by Spirit to spread a message. And, that the message was meant to be visually seen far and wide, thus its size and color, and that the message was meant to be felt, too.

I asked Spirit if my intuition was correct and the answer was, "yes." I asked if the color had meaning and the answer was "yes." I was then shown in my mind's eye, the "Oracle" card from our Good Friday reading and the female Oracle wearing a bright red scarf, which symbolized love.

I then asked for one card to be drawn to provide more information about this event, and I was told to use my "Spirit Animal Oracle" card deck. While I was shuffling the deck, a card jumped out and it was card #12, the "Canary Spirit" - Sing your own song. I looked at the card in stunned silence. The Canary is wearing a golden crown with a red cap! As I have stated previously, "Corona" means crown in Latin and we have had several readings with crowns featured on the cards. And, the card is number 12, which breaks down to the single digit of 3 (1+2=3) and the number 3 keeps appearing, too.

How does our crown wearing Canary Spirit fit in with the contrail? Let's go back to the date the contrail was photographed. It was April 15th. On that day in 1912 (we have another 12!) the RMS Titanic sank. April 15th marked the 100th Anniversary of the sinking of the British ocean liner. When I researched the Titanic, I saw a small footnote about the forgotten passengers of the ship and those were the animals on board. Along with the dogs, the ship’s cat, Jenny, chickens, and the rats that perished, there was one yellow canary that was the pet of passenger Elizabeth Ramel Nye.

On April 16th, the SMS Prinz Adalbert liner passed by the Titanic site. The liner's chief steward took a photo of an iceberg with three “crownlike” points (the last photograph featured here) and a red streak on it. He wrote in a note accompanying the photograph, "On the day after the sinking of the Titanic, the steamer Prinz Adalbert passes the iceberg shown in this photograph. The Titanic disaster was not yet known by us. On one side red paint was plainly visible, which has the appearance of having been made by the scraping of a vessel on the iceberg.”

Does that crownlike iceberg exist today? Experts have said that the iceberg was 5,000 miles away from the Arctic Circle on April 15th. Now it's just another drop of water in the ocean. The iceberg that sank the Titanic has long since melted. It was probably gone in a month.

So, we have a large red contrail cloud photographed over Britain on April 15th. We have a large British ocean liner that sank on the same day 100 years earlier. We have one crown wearing yellow Canary card drawn by Spirit, and we have one yellow Canary that was a passenger on the Titanic. We have a crownlike iceberg and, we have the symbol of love reflected from the red scarf featured on the Oracle card. Hummmm.

I still needed more information, so I asked Spirit for one clarifier card. I was told to use my “Mystical Shaman” Oracle card deck and the card drawn was #19 – “Fire.” Wow!

So, let’s weave all these elements together.

First, let us look at the date of both events, which was the 15th. The number 15 reduces to a single digit of 6 (1+5=6), which is about love, family and home.

The red contrail cloud symbolizes “love is in the air.” The contrail was used by Spirit as an energetic and visual flame of love. Not human love. Divine love. So, whether you witnessed the contrail in person, or looked at Gerry’s photograph, you were receiving Divine love. And, because Gerry's photograph can be viewed online the love is spread further than England. Furthermore, if the people in England did not witness the contrail, or see the photograph, they still received the energy of Love that emanated from the contrail. That's how it works!

I have documented a pulsating red, then pink, then purple Light in the sky on two separate occasions. You can see these videos in my “Lights in the Sky” gallery. The very first time I saw this pulsating Light, I thought of a beating heart. I felt such peace as I was watching it and I intuitively knew it was Divine love being spread by Spirit.

The red Fire Oracle card has a heart in the middle of the orb and symbolizes our inner flame that burns warmly when we live and engage life with our hearts. Put the contrail and the fire together and it means that Spirit’s Divine love was igniting our hearts to burn brighter with love and compassion as we move through this time in history.

This leads us into the Canary on the Oracle card and the Canary on the Titanic. The Titanic was considered the biggest, most luxurious ocean liner ever built, an ocean-going expression of the industrial might and glittering wealth of the “Gilded” Age.

During this era, America became more prosperous and saw unprecedented growth in industry and technology. But the Gilded Age had a very dark side. It was a period where greedy, corrupt industrialists, bankers, and politicians enjoyed extraordinary power, wealth and opulence at the expense of the working class. Seem familiar?

Our Canaries are birds in gilded cages, symbolizing the deeper truths about the on-going human inequities in society that have created a lack of freedoms, happiness, and contentment. While the corona virus does not discriminate, it does shine a light (yellow - caution) on how the social, financial and health impact of this pandemic will have a far-more negative outcome for some individuals than others.

symbolizes the corona virus, or “crown” virus, and along with the crownlike iceberg, they are both reminders of how vulnerable humankind is to the forces of nature.

Ironically, in February of this year, Newsweek published an article stating that as the planet warms and the ice thaws, scientists warn we could see the re-emergence of ancient pathogens currently unknown to science. These viruses, which have laid dormant and locked away in glaciers and permafrost—permanently frozen soil—for hundreds if not thousands of years, could "wake up," researchers have said.

Scientists analyzing an ice core sample from Guliya ice cap, Tibet, identified several of such viruses and the sample dated 15,000 (the number 15 again!) years ago.

The increased interest in ancient viruses and ice-locked microbes has been spurred by scientific data highlighting a rapid increase in ocean warming and ice melt.

We know the Arctic is warming twice as fast as the rest of the world while ice sheets across the planet have shown consistent thinning linked to climate change and changing weather patterns.

One of the key things to consider when investigating ancient viruses like those found in the Tibetan glacier, Kreuder Johnson explained, is the state of the virus—is it whole or is it fragmented? Because this will affect its ability to infect and therefore, the threat it poses to human health.

So, as we speak about climate change, the phrase “the Canary in a coal mine” is still used when we talk about species who are biological indicators for the health of an ecosystem – species who, like the canaries carried by coal miners, begin to suffer and die as an early sign that something is wrong. Changes in the function, health, or population of these indicator species can reveal such things as the accumulation of pollutants (lamp shell brachiopods), changes in overall air quality (milkweed and some strains of white pine are sensitive to ozone), and the threat of rising ocean temperatures (corals and marine fishes worldwide).

Our Canaries warns us that we must lead with love in our hearts, and sing a new song, if we are going to save our Earth and ourselves from the icebergs that loom in front of us.

Finally, while disaster can strike at any time, it is quite something to know that other heart changing events have also occurred on April 15th and they are:

It is no coincidence that Spirit selected April 15th to spread a flame of Divine love.
